- At this time, we are only able to offer shipping and pickup within Sydney & Melbourne.

- The cutoff time for regular sized cupcakes ordering is 12pm the day before

- The cutoff time for maxis and minis is 4pm two days before

- In the unlikely event that the cupcake flavour you order is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange an alternative replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order. We cannot guarantee availability of all products at time of ordering.

- Once you make your order – we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 48 hours, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Delivery

Please note that all online orders placed after 5pm on Friday cannot be picked up or delivered until the following Tuesday.

Delivery of cupcakes will usually take 48 hours from order – we will be in contact within 24 hours to confirm your order.

Refund

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund unless the goods delivered are faulty.
